This is a quick sketch of one of my students. It didn't turn out exactly like her, it has a certain resemblance and I thought it was worth posting. I like the feeling of the sketch, it was done quickly and loose, not much thinking involved.

Self-Portrait

Hello folks!
This digital sketch started out as a simple montage - I wanted to make a unique self-portrait/profile picture - and it evolved towards a quick illustration. The montage itself didn't turn out very good, then I thought "Hey, I haven't painted anything for a while..." so I decided to use the crude montage as a reference for this quick digital sketch.
Hope you guys enjoy it. It was fun painting it.
